What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
As your coach, it is my role to partner with you and support you in reaching your full potential. Together we will identify and strategize around barriers and create actions to move you from where you are to where you want to be.
What is a Discovery Call?
A discovery call allows us to discuss:
What you are looking for in a coach.
Which program will best support you.
How I can support you through coaching/training.
Roles and responsibilities as coach and client.
Fees and timeframe.
Ethics and confidentiality.
Discovery calls are free of charge.
What are the benefits of coaching?
Coaching is a long-term investment to better performance both personally and professionally. Coaching helps increase your engagement, gain perspective, build awareness and achieve a deeper level of learning to improve skills.
What if we want to end the agreement?
You can end our sessions at any time with a one session notice. The final session will be a wrap up of accomplishments and provide closure to our agreement.
What is mental fitness?
Mental fitness keeps our brains healthy, supports our ability to handle stress, helps us to better understand how we think and respond to situations and people. It allows us to build resilience and self acceptance, which in turn improves performance and relationships.
What qualifies me to coach?
I graduated from Coaching Out of the Box, an accredited coaching program from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with 68 hours of coursework. In addition, I have coached professionals from a variety of organizations for more than 200 hours and have an Associate Certified Coaching certificate from ICF.
