With a background in education and a master’s in administration and supervision, Robin brings the grounded wisdom of a former school leader and the trained precision of an ICF-accredited coach (ACC). She knows what it means to lead in the real world — the messy, fast-moving, people-filled kind — and she coaches with a blend of reflection, empathy, and just enough challenge to spark real growth.
