As the owner of Brave Reflections, I empower clients to embrace their full potential by cultivating courage, authenticity, and integrity. My coaching approach encourages clients to be vulnerable, honest, and true to themselves, guiding them to make impactful decisions and inspire trust in their teams. I know from experience that growth begins with self-reflection, and true transformation comes from within.

My Experience

ICF Associate Certified Coach- I have had the opportunity to coach leaders in a variety of fields including, technology, business development, education (elementary, high school, and higher education), armed forces, marketing, sales, and healthcare.  I have coached C-suite executives, senior and mid-level leaders, and individual contributors.

​

Educator- I have 33 years of experience in education and leadership.  I was a classroom teacher for 7 years and an educational leader for 26 years.  During this time I worked in various communities teaching, leading, and coaching.

Other experience to note: daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, traveler, cook, cat lover, and dog owner.
